ORLANDO and ST. LOUIS – Oct. 29, 2024 – Bridge Senior Living today announced the addition of Lynn Stromsdorfer to lead one of the company’s three St. Louis area communities.
As executive director of The Grande at Chesterfield in northwest St. Louis, Stromsdorfer will oversee the community’s daily operations with a focus on providing her team with support, inspiration and training for life enrichment, assisted living services and memory care for community residents.
Located less than 15 miles from downtown St. Louis, The Grande at Chesterfield offers assisted living and memory care services as one of the city’s three Bridge Senior Living communities. The other St. Louis area Bridge Senior Living communities are The Grande at Creve Coeur and The Grande at Laumeier Park.

Prior to joining Bridge Senior Living, Stromsdorfer was an operations specialist with Pegasus Senior Living in five states, senior executive director with Anthology Senior Living, regional director with Spectrum Retirement Communities LLC-Missouri Region from 2011 to 2020 in a variety of roles including business office director, executive director and regional operations. She was also executive director at Southview Assisted Living and The Homestead at Hickory View Retirement Community, and a business office manager with Westview Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Stromsdorfer’s professional certifications include Missouri Residential Care Assisted Living Administrator (2017), Missouri ALF Assessor Certification (2017), Florida ALF CORE Training Certification (2021), LeadingAge Colorado 40-Hour Assisted Living Administrator (2022-23) and Long-Term Care Administration from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. She studied psychology at Ohio University Southern Campus in Ironton, Ohio, and long-term care administration/management at St. Joseph’s College in Standish, Maine.
Personally, Stromsdorfer is an animal lover and advocate for canine cancer research. She is a 15-year resident of Wildwood, Mo.
